What the Affordable Care Act is doing for women and families in Michigan, Featuring Lois Uttley, co-founder of Raising Women’s Voices.
A series of eight community conversations will be held throughout the state to discuss the impact of healthcare reform on women. Special guest speaker, Lois Uttley, MPP, is co-founder of Raising Women’s Voices and is active in working to ensure women’s health needs will be met in health reform. She serves on the steering committee of Health Care for All New York, chairs the Universal Health Task Force of the New York Alliance for Women’s Health and is chair of the Policy and Legislative Committee of the Public Health Association of New York City.
